6-Month Warranty Policy

At 92Five Jewels, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery.
All eligible products come with a 6-Month Limited Warranty from the date of delivery.


1) Manufacturing Defects (7-Day Assurance)

If you experience a manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery, we will:

  • repair or replace the product at no additional cost
  • cover both-way shipping charges

Covered issues:

  • clasp or hook malfunction
  • stone setting defects
  • broken or defective parts due to manufacturing

Important:

  • Valid unboxing video proof is mandatory
  • This is aligned with our exchange policy

2) 6-Month Color & Polish Care

All eligible 92Five jewellery includes one complimentary polish / re-finishing service within 6 months of purchase.

What’s included:

  • restoration of shine and surface finish
  • basic polishing and cleaning

Shipping responsibility:

  • Inbound shipping (customer to us): Customer pays
  • Return shipping (us to customer): 92Five covers

Timeline:

  • 7–10 working days from the date of product receipt
  • may vary during peak periods or festivals

3) Post 6-Month Paid Service (Lifetime Support)

After 6 months, we continue to support your jewellery through paid servicing.

Available services:

  • polishing / re-finishing
  • minor repair support (if feasible)

Charges:

  • service charges will be shared based on product condition
  • two-way shipping charges will be borne by the customer

4) What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • damage due to wear and tear, mishandling, or improper use
  • scratches, dents, or physical damage after delivery
  • breakage caused by impact or force
  • loss of stones due to external damage
  • exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or water causing damage
  • unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • normal fading over time due to usage

5) Conditions for Warranty

  • valid proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice) is required
  • product must be returned in secure packaging
  • 92Five Jewels is not responsible for damage during transit if packaging is improper

6) How to Request Warranty Service

To initiate a warranty request, contact us with:

  • images/videos of the product
