Refund policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from 92Five Jewels.
By placing an order, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1) No Return & No Refund

  • 92Five Jewels follows a strict no-return and no-refund policy
  • Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances
  • No cancellations, refunds, or reversals are applicable post-delivery

2) Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only, under limited conditions.

Exchange is applicable only if:

  • the product received is damaged at the time of delivery, or
  • the product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

No other reasons will be accepted.

3) Exchange Request Timeline

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Requests raised after this period will be automatically rejected

4) Mandatory Unboxing Video Proof

To process any exchange request, a complete unboxing video is mandatory.

Video requirements:

  • must be continuous and unedited
  • must show sealed package before opening
  • must capture full unboxing process
  • must show product clearly after opening
  • must highlight damage or wrong product clearly

Important:

  • Claims without video proof will not be accepted
  • Edited or unclear videos will be rejected
  • Photos alone are not valid proof

5) Product Condition for Exchange

To qualify for exchange:

  • product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • packaging, tags, invoice, and certificates must be intact
  • no damage after delivery

6) Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for exchange or return:

  • Personalized / customized jewellery
  • products marked as final sale or clearance
  • requests raised after 7 days
  • products without valid video proof
  • used, worn, or damaged products after delivery
  • minor color or finish variation due to screen differences
  • size issues, dislike of design, or change of mind

7) Exchange Process

To initiate exchange, contact us within 7 days with:

  • Order ID
  • registered contact details
  • reason for exchange
  • unboxing video proof

Once approved, further instructions will be shared.
Products should be shipped only after approval.

8) Exchange Resolution

If approved:

  • replacement of the same product will be provided (subject to availability)
  • if unavailable, customer may choose:
    • another product of equal value

No refunds or wallet/store credit will be provided.

9) Shipping & Handling (Exchange Cases)

  • Shipping charges for exchange will be borne by the customer
  • In most cases, we may assist with reverse pickup depending on serviceability
  • In case your pin code is not reverse serviceable, you will be required to ship the product via a reliable courier service (e.g., India Post or any preferred courier)

Shipping Support (Limited):

  • We may reimburse shipping charges up to ₹100 for approved exchange cases
  • Any amount above ₹100 will be borne by the customer
  • As we do not offer refunds, reimbursement (if applicable) may be adjusted against your replacement order

92Five Jewels reserves the right to decide logistics handling based on the case.

10) Buy 1 Get 1 (BOGO) Offer Policy

Products purchased under Buy 1 Get 1 (BOGO) or similar offers are subject to the following:

  • Exchange is applicable only for damaged or wrong product, as per policy
  • Both items (paid + free) must be returned together for exchange
  • Partial exchange is not allowed
  • Free product is not eligible for separate exchange or replacement
  • Both products must be unused and in original condition
  • Unboxing video must clearly show both items and the issue

92Five Jewels reserves the right to reject requests in case of misuse of the offer.

  • request additional proof
  • deny claims not meeting policy conditions

Decision will be final and binding.
