How can I check if a design is available at a store?
Have a design in mind? Call the store using the number listed above, or send a photo of the design to that store’s WhatsApp number. Our team can check availability before you visit.
Can I exchange an online order at a 92Five store?
Online orders cannot be exchanged at our physical stores. To request an exchange, please raise a ticket through our website so our online support team can guide you through the process.
Can I see a collection in person before buying online?
Yes. Visit either open store to explore the pieces available there. Store selection may differ from the full online collection.
Can I request custom jewellery at a store?

What are the store opening hours?
Our stores are open from 10:00 AM to 9:30 PM. We look forward to welcoming you.
